Job summary

Handlink Inc. is seeking a Technical Engineer to assist engineers with site surveys, design, construction, installation, system configuration, and maintenance. You will develop preventative maintenance plans and provide support to customers.

You will troubleshoot systems, identify problems, and write up reports, coordinating with team members to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience with wireless technologies, IP networks, and network security.
1–2 years of strong customer-focused technical support experience.

Responsibilities

Support engineering teams during site surveys, planning, design, and installation.
Develop preventative maintenance strategies for existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; write detailed reports.
Monitor processes and improve efficiency with best practices.
Coordinate with engineers and team members to meet schedules.
Perform quality control and provide improvement recommendations.
Identify potential problems and notify stakeholders promptly.
Assist with research and development of new methods and standards.
