Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and designs for compliance with local codes.
• Manage RFIs and submittals to resolve design discrepancies.
• Assist in creating and updating project schedules and costs.
• Conduct site inspections and progress walks to verify design intent.
• Perform quality control inspections and safety risk assessments.
• Conduct system walk-downs before power-up.
• Troubleshoot issues during system startups with engineering teams.
• Prepare detailed test reports evaluating project performance.
• Create O&M manuals and oversee training for building users.
