You will serve as the subject matter expert for software inquiries and ensure customer adoption, system performance, and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to address issues, configure software to meet client needs, and lead testing and documentation efforts to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or degree in computing or related IT certification.
• Strong networking and software troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Java, C++, and SOAP interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Install software system at customer site.
• Provide field training on system operations.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and support to resolve issues.
• Configure product software to meet customer needs.
• Act as SME for software inquiries across departments.
• Plan and train relevant parties on software matters.
