Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of Automotive Tech, Mechanical Eng, or related field.
At least 2 years in heavy equipment service or construction machinery.
Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and service manuals.
Willing to travel and perform field assignments.
Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site service, diagnose, and repairs for construction and road machinery.
Carry out preventive maintenance and machine inspections per industry standards.
Diagnose and determine root causes of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues.
Prepare and submit detailed service reports with required parts and labor estimates.
Assist with commissioning, installation, and start-up of new equipment.
Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure timely access to components.
Support Service Engineers during field operations to troubleshoot and calibrate machines with diagnostic instruments.
Adhere to safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.
Participate in technical training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Deliver reliable and efficient service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Keep tools and diagnostic equipment in proper working condition.
