Job summary

Diversey in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Specialist – TASKI to deliver pre-sales technical support, install and demonstrate products at customer sites, and propose tailored solutions. Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical background; able to diagnose issues on machinery.
• Experience with service reporting and basic system updates.
• 2–3 years in a similar technical/service role is preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on floor care machines (FCM).
• Diagnose machine issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Respond to customer enquiries on service agreements and equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and monitor equipment reliability.
• Identify opportunities to sell spare parts, consumables, and service contracts.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after each service visit.
• Plan and schedule customer visits accurately and efficiently, with weekly activity reporting.
• Train customers on the features, operation, and proper use of purchased products.
