Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, test, and service our Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites. The role requires working with hand tools and industrial equipment, traveling regionally up to 70% to address emergencies and last-minute changes.

You will review installed solutions with the field coordination team, maintain records, and support customers with on-site troubleshooting. Fluency in English is preferred; OSHA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, air tools, and large, specialized tools.
• General knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• General knowledge of industrial electronic systems, enclosures, cabinets, and mounting hardware.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and service AssetWatch Condition Based Monitoring at client sites.
• Provide on-site technical support to troubleshoot and repair installations.
• Maintain installation records and manage service tools and inventory.
• Travel regionally up to 70%, including overnight and air travel.
• Collaborate with field coordination team to review solutions.
