Job summary

GTH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical and field service support for Rasco semiconductor test handlers in Cavite, Philippines.

You will perform machine installation, setup, qualification, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, temperature-control, and software-related issues. Close coordination with customers and teams is required to deliver timely actions.

Qualifications

• Provide technical and field service support for Rasco semiconductor test handlers.
• Perform machine installation, setup, qualification, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, temperature-control, and software-related machine issues.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers and other Field Service Engineers.

Job description

• Provide technical and field service support for Rasco semiconductor test handlers.

• Perform machine installation, setup, qualification, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, temperature-control, and software-related machine issues.

• Perform handler conversion, alignment, calibration, and machine optimization.

• Support customers during machine downtime and provide timely corrective actions.

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment problems and recommend permanent corrective actions.

• Replace, repair, and evaluate defective machine components and assemblies.

• Prepare service reports, troubleshooting reports, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and other Field Service Engineers.

• Provide technical recommendations for machine upgrades, modifications, and improvements.
