Job summary

Comfac Global Group Inc. is seeking a Field Services Engineer to carry out on-call service and/or repair activities, including preventive maintenance for all company-supplied equipment.

You will conduct start-up, testing, and commissioning and provide end-user technical training. The role requires 1–2 years of field service experience in electrical/electronic systems, with hands-on work on UPS, AVR, line conditioners, and transformers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years field service experience in electrical/electronic equipment maintenance.
• Experience with UPS, AVR, line conditioners, transformers, and electrical panels.
• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and maintenance using standardized procedures.
• Diagnose issues and provide solutions via phone, on-site, or email communications.
• Rotate on-call duties to sustain 24/7 service support and travel as required.
• Manage service improvement projects and coordinate with technical support for training.
• Oversee change, incident and problem processes across multiple application areas.
