Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a field service engineer to build strong relationships with customer representatives and ensure satisfaction across imaging modalities. The role requires integrity, compliance and disciplined focus to achieve team priorities in the NCR region.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of field service experience in electronics/medical devices, excellent English communication, and willingness to relocate within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Must be qualified and perform work on Diagnostic Imaging modalities (CT, MR, NM, PET, IGS, DGS).
• Independently resolve equipment and customer issues; complete PMs, FMI, installations, maintenance tasks.
• Utilise tools and escalation processes to resolve issues in required timeframes.
• May perform remote support and diagnostics to resolve customer equipment issues.
