Job summary

Assurance Controls Technologies Co., Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer to handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment in industry and healthcare.

The role includes training end-users and requires excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering, preferably with registration as an Electronics Engineer or Technician.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have at least one year of related experience in Diagnostic Imaging.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job description

A Service Engineers work entails repairing, installing or designing equipment, tools, products, and to service the technological requirements of our clients in the field of industry and health care.

The Service Engineer carries installations and repairs/maintenance on sites that are at the clients business place e.g hospitals, diagnostics centers, clinics, etc.

The Service Engineer trains end-users e.g. Radiologic Technologist, Technician, etc. on how to use these equipment and on proper maintenance. For this reason, strong communication and people skills are essential in the field, especially the ability to communicate technical information to people who are not familiar with engineering terms.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering (BSECE) or equivalent.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are Registered Electronics Engineer / Electronics Technician (with unexpired PRC ID).
• Preferably with working experience : at least one (1) year of experience in the related field of Diagnostic Imaging.
• Must have an outgoing and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ethical, trustworthy, and team player.
• Excellent analytical, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
• With the ability to work independently, strong time management skills, resourceful.
• Able to work productively in a pressurized and fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City.
