Job summary

Roche (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to deliver high-quality technical service and support to customers. You will collaborate with BA and internal teams to enhance satisfaction and growth.

The role requires at least 3 years in IVD service engineering, a bachelor’s in engineering, and proficiency in English and Filipino; willingness to relocate within the Visayas region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in IVD service engineering.
• Bachelor Degree in any engineering discipline.
• Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Filipino (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments per manuals and SOPs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and update service data.
• Document all service activities in CRM and systems per Roche standards.
• Escalate issues to GCS/CIR and coordinate with teams for solutions.
• Provide clear communication between customer and Roche and manage spare parts.
