Job summary

Cohu, Inc. in Angeles, Pampanga is looking for a Field Service Supervisor to support TnI equipment at TI Clark. You will oversee field service staff and manage customer support activities including installation and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and eight years of customer service experience. Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to read schematics are essential.

Job description

Main job is to support Cohu TnI equipment (NY20, NY32W, Neon, Neon Booster) at TI Clark. Under general supervision, responsible for supervising the field service staff in customer support activities involving installation, engineering, repair and upgrading of equipment and systems for customers.

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent related experience.

With eight (8) years experience in relation to customer service.

• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings and detailed blueprints; use common tools, customized or specialized tools and mechanical fixtures.
• Possess advanced electro‑mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Must possess and demonstrate database skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic terminal at an advanced level.
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Word and Excel analysis.
• Able to conduct level 2/3 training.
