JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track and drive dealers’ performance against sales targets to help boost overall regional results.
• Spearhead and execute localized sales and marketing strategies to expand market share across the Visayas region.
• Collaborate with Service Managers to enhance workshop efficiency, streamline parts inventory management, and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.
• Perform routine dealer audits and Business Health Checks to maintain profitability, operational excellence, and adherence to global company standards.
• Deliver hands‑on dealership support, coaching, and performance management throughout the Visayas region.
