Job summary

Phildex Industries & Development Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new customers and market opportunities within the CALABARZON area, and build strong client relationships.

You will conduct product presentations, monitor competitors, gather customer feedback, support sales and marketing initiatives, manage accounts, follow up on orders and deliveries, and submit regular sales reports while traveling to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years sales work experience in the building materials or construction industry.
• Knowledgeable in handling developers & contractors.
• With portfolio of known key accounts and contact persons.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and can work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork in CALABARZON area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new customers, projects, and market opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
