Encore Leasing & Finance Corp. in Angeles, Pampanga invites a proactive Sales Professional to join our expanding financing team. You will engage dealers, promote loan products, and build long-lasting relationships while meeting personal targets.

The role requires fieldwork, a bachelor's degree, driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Fresh graduates welcome; prior banking/auto sales experience preferred. We offer training, incentives, and health and life insurance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Sales experience from banking, auto, or financing industry preferred.
Own vehicle preferred; Driver’s License required.
Willing to do field sales 100%.

Responsibilities

Achieves personal targets by visiting and servicing dealers to form profitable and long-lasting relationships.
Achieves office targets by monitoring sales activities and providing coaching as needed.
Ensures existing accounts are serviced and renewed.
Expands market opportunities by finding sources of new accounts.
Processes loan documents on time and with quality; gathers documentary requirements from loan applicants.
Conducts pre-credit investigations to determine requirements.
Performs other tasks as needed.
