Job summary

MAIDEHAO TRADING CORP. is seeking a Store Monitoring role to serve as the main point of contact for SPG/merchandisers, delivering product information and resolving inquiries. You will coordinate personnel, monitor display commitments, and verify proofs prior to payment release.

Responsibilities also include assisting with customer follow-up and post-sales support, and managing the assigned area as per manning. Flexibility to adapt to changes in assignment is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for SPG/merchandisers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate selected personnel, monitor their display commitment and show proof before payment release.
• Assist with customer follow-up and post-sales support.
• Responsible for assigned area/territory based on manning provided.
• Area of assignment maybe adjusted or re aligned from time to time in consideration of company’s benefits.
