Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. is seeking a capable Sales and Lending Support professional to drive client acquisition and manage loan processing. You will handle credit investigations, documentation, and ongoing relationship building with borrowers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales experience in lending or related financial services, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance and portfolio health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in lending/financing/banking/cooperatives.
• Knowledgeable in lending products, credit investigation, loan documentation, customer relationship management, sales pipeline management, and loan portfolio monitoring.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, relationship management, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
