Job summary

Venture Motorcycle Sales Corporation is seeking a sales associate to drive customer interaction, identify needs, and present motorcycle products and services. You will strive to meet personal and team sales targets and participate in training sessions.

Responsibilities

Knowledgeable in all products and services carried by the company.
Represents the company during all customer and prospect interaction.
Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations).
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features and services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Visit client locations, checking and verifying client information.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Research accounts, generate, and maintain records of all sales leads and follow through.
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Ensure that the products stand out against the competition.
Conduct market research and craft online marketing strategy and start selling products online.
