Job summary

Molave Youngs Milling Group of Companies is seeking a sales-oriented professional in the Philippines to achieve sales quotas on a weekly or monthly basis. The role involves store-to-store visits across assigned routes, identifying accounts, and following up sales leads.

Requirements include college level or business-related studies, an agriculture background preferred, strong verbal communication, analytical and initiative skills, and a valid motorcycle license; familiarity with Misamis

Qualifications

• College level or equivalent education.
• Any business-related course.
• Agriculture background preferred.
• Adept in verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and initiative skills.
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and must have a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably familiar with Misamis Occidental, Lanao del Norte, and Zamboanga del Sur areas.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of sales quota per set target either weekly or monthly.
• Store to store visit based on assigned area or route.
• Identify accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
• Product knowledge and presentation.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints if necessary.
• Performs any other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
