Job summary

Mustard Seed Systems Corporation in Tuguegarao seeks an energetic sales professional to generate leads, present products and build strong client relationships. You will market the company’s products with a professional approach and close sales to drive revenue.

The role requires experience in sales, negotiation, and fieldwork, with the ability to manage accounts and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Government bidding experience is a plus and local market knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
• Experience in selling products and handling accounts.
• Government bidding experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Building Technology System, CCTVs, door access, PAVA and FDAS.
• Innovative, results-oriented, flexible, proactive, systematic and organized.
• Agile, able to multi-task, with strong attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• People management and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through telemarketing, area saturation, events, social media, etc.
• Initial presentation or product demonstrations to clients.
• Establish client relationships and market the company’s products and services professionally.
• Be accommodating, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
• Ensure proper attention to every customer inquiry.
• Fieldwork and client presentations.
