The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel/Word, strong communication, and willingness to conduct fieldwork. You will report to Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City, with weekly Monday management reporting at Atlanta, San Juan City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
• At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably handling SM accounts.
• Experience in sales coordination, office sales, consignment sales, or account management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, hardworking, and highly dependable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Sales Officer/Manager regarding inventory level per Stores
• Responsible for monitoring and recording of the daily sales generated per outlet
• Visits Stores and coordinates with Store Supervisors to ensure regular and timely submission of PO’s
• Ensures proper allocation, coordination, and timeliness of scheduled deliveries to maintain good store inventory level
• Reports daily/weekly sales and give proper recommendations to counter competition
• Checks on accuracy and possible variances of sales reported by promodisers per outlet. Collaborates with Sales Promodizers in creating weekly reports and maintaining month-end sales reports
• Monitors daily attendance of promodisers. Establishes active communication and engagement with Sales Promodizers to ensure work effectiveness
• Conducts fieldwork to gather information on the store level related to sales turnover, stock availability, competitor activities, and pricing, among others
