Job summary

PMFTC Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant (Driver) to join the Field Sales Force in the Muntinlupa area. You will assist the Retail Salesman in executing sales activities and promotions while coordinating with trade partners to hit volume targets.

The role requires a high school diploma, good presentation and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel with flexible hours. Start as early as 4:30 AM, Mondays to Saturdays, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic, national brand.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills.
Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours.
Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
Impressive presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist the Retail Salesman in executing agreed sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve targets.
Support new promotions and product introductions by assisting the Retail Salesman in coordinating consumer and trade marketing activities to reach sales objectives.
Contribute to improving the company's relationship with trade partners during daily interactions.
