Job summary

Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking a Sales Agent – General Trade to expand the market for MasterChef-quality food products, including salt, rice, and condensed milk.

This field-based role covers sari-sari stores, food stalls, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and other small businesses in Metro Manila. You will prospect, secure new accounts, manage orders, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business while collaborating with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in General Trade, FMCG, or related industries.
• Experience selling to sari-sari stores, restaurants, cafés, and other small businesses.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales, cold calling, and face-to-face customer engagement.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant sales experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new General Trade customers through field visits, cold calls, and direct selling.
• Present and sell MasterChef products to business owners and purchasing decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat orders.
• Manage customer accounts, take orders, follow up on inquiries, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and order quantities within company guidelines and close sales.
• Develop assigned territories and continuously identify new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor competitor pricing, customer demand, and market trends.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and field activity updates.
• Assist in monitoring customer payments and collections.
