Job summary

Philcopy Corporation is seeking a field sales representative to actively promote and sell the company’s product range across assigned territories in the Philippines.

The role involves cold canvassing establishments, arranging product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations. You will close sales, manage deliveries, and ensure post-sale relationships to drive future business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BSBA, Marketing or Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Sales or marketing experience would be an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With computer knowledge (Windows/Ms Office) is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to be trained and to do field work.
• With good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell the company’s range of products.
• Cold canvass all establishments in the territory, introduce and sell product lines.
• Arrange and conduct demonstrations of the products.
• Prepare requests for quotation, proposals and necessary documents.
• Close sales and monitor collection/payments.
• Arrange delivery and installation of equipment and training of end-user.
• Maintain rapport with clients after sales to encourage future sales.
• Attend to client needs and refer to concerned personnel for attention.
• Prepare daily itineraries and sales activity reports for Management.
• Participate in Sales Meetings, Training Sessions and Exhibits as required.
• Study product information and market conditions; continually update product knowledge.
