Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a field-based Collections Officer to manage motorcycle loan accounts and actively pursue delinquencies within assigned routes. The role focuses on scheduled itineraries, notices, and customer communications to recover payments.

The ideal candidate can drive a motorcycle with a valid license, is willing to work in the field, and is prepared to undergo a 7-day training to learn internal billing and collection processes.

Qualifications

• College or high school graduate; undergrad welcome with experience.
• At least 1 year experience as a collector in lending/banking, motorcycle loan; no experience is okay.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in an organized and timely manner.
• Understands billing and collections related documents and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients through Skip Tracing (i.e. contacting relatives, neighbors, and/or employers).
• Follow through on client’s payment commitment and other concerns.

• At least 1 yr experience as a collector in the lending/banking industry, specifically in Motorcycle Loan; no experience is okay.

• Able to drive motorcycle and has driver’s license and willing to do field work

• Willing to be trained for 7 days
