Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is hiring a Field Collections Specialist in the Philippines. You will conduct scheduled collection activities, issue notices, and report AR status for motorcycle loan accounts.

The role requires motorcycle driving, a valid license, and willingness to perform field work. Training will be provided for 7 days to orient you to our processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a collector in lending/banking is preferred.
• Willing to work in the field and drive a motorcycle.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Training will be provided for 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and AR status in a timely manner.
• Understand billing and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients via skip tracing.
• Follow through on payment commitments and concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

• College Graduate or High School Graduate; undergrad is welcome depending on the experience.

• At least 1 yr experience as a collector in the lending/banking industry, specifically in Motorcycle Loan; no experience is okay.

• Able to drive motorcycle and has driver’s license and willing to do field work

• Willing to be trained for 7 days

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.

• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.

• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in an organized and timely manner.

• Understands billing and collections related documents and program computations.

• Locate delinquent clients through Skip Tracing (i.e. contacting relatives, neighbors, and/or employers.

• Follow through on client’s payment commitment and other concerns.
