Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a field collection staff in Bulacan. The role involves performing collection activities according to the scheduled itinerary, delivering notices and demand letters, and reporting on accounts receivable status with accuracy.

Applicants should be able to drive a motorcycle and hold a valid license, with willingness to engage in field work and participate in a 7-day training program.

Qualifications

• Must have motorcycle driving skills and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in lending/banking collections is preferred but not required.
• Willing to be trained for 7 days.
• Willingness to perform field work and travel to assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on the scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in a timely, organized manner.
• Understand billing, collections documents, and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients through skip tracing (contact relatives, neighbors, or employers).
• Follow through on payment commitments and resolve client concerns.

• College Graduate or High School Graduate; undergrad is welcome depending on the experience.

• At least 1 yr experience as a collector in the lending/banking industry, specifically in Motorcycle Loan; no experience is okay.

• Able to drive motorcycle and has driver’s license and willing to do field work

• Willing to be trained for 7 days

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.

• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.

• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in an organized and timely manner.

• Understands billing and collections related documents and program computations.

• Locate delinquent clients through Skip Tracing (i.e. contacting relatives, neighbors, and/or employers.

• Follow through on client’s payment commitment and other concerns.
