Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a field-oriented Collections Associate to perform motorcycle loan collections on scheduled itineraries. You will deliver notices, report AR status, and work with skip tracing to locate delinquent clients. A valid motorcycle license and willingness to train for 7 days are required.

The role involves active field travel and client interactions to secure payments and resolve concerns, with potential for growth in the collections team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of collector experience in lending/banking, specifically motorcycle loans.
• Undergraduate candidates welcomed depending on experience.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license; willing to do field work.
• Willing to undergo 7-day training.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in an organized and timely manner.
• Understand billing and collections documents and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients through skip tracing (contact relatives, neighbors, or employers).
• Follow through on client payment commitments and other concerns.

• Able to drive motorcycle and has driver’s license and willing to do field work

• Willing to be trained for 7 days
