Job summary

Machinery Reliability Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electro-Hydraulic Controls & Instrumentation Technician to strengthen our capability in industrial equipment troubleshooting, repair, rehabilitation, and commissioning across the Philippines.

The role requires hands-on work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems, with travel to customer sites and field assignments nationwide. You will diagnose faults across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical subsystems and implement

Qualifications

Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial Electronics, or related technical course.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, automation, controls, instrumentation, or equipment servicing preferred.
Strong practical experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, transmitters, relays, motor controls, and industrial control panels.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, rehabilitate, and commission industrial machinery and hydraulic equipment.
Diagnose electrical, electronic, instrumentation, PLC, and control system faults.
Troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems, including inputs, outputs, alarms, interlocks, and operating sequences.
Back up, restore, load, and verify PLC and HMI programs supplied by equipment manufacturers.
Troubleshoot sensors, switches, and transmitters (4-20 mA, analog, digital signals).
Test and calibrate industrial instruments and switches.
Read electrical, control, hydraulic diagrams and equipment manuals.
