Job summary

Aspen Philippines Inc. is seeking a Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital personnel in the Cavite City area.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. You will plan daily field visits, organize product presentations and medical discussions, monitor market trends, and ensure product visibility in assigned accounts while adhering to company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred, fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
• With a valid driver’s license (if required).

Responsibilities

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the territory
• Plan and execute daily/weekly field visits and route plans
• Organize and conduct product presentations, medical discussions, and group meetings
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure availability and visibility of products in assigned accounts
• Submit timely and accurate sales reports, call reports, and expense reports
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and product briefings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
