Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic database familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field operations, site visits, and project timelines.

• Manage equipment and materials inventory for field operations.
• Prepare and distribute field operation reports.
• Assist with administrative tasks including documentation and data entry.

• Support resolution of operational issues and escalate to management.
• Maintain systems for tracking permits, licenses, and compliance.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.
