Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. is hiring a Metering Testing & Diagnostics Engineer in Tagum City, Philippines. The role focuses on field audits, testing, and technical analyses of power meters, non-power meters, and instrument transformers to ensure accuracy and system integrity.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering).
Entry-level position with no prior professional, leadership, or project experience required.

Responsibilities

Perform field inspection, testing, and auditing of meters and related equipment in accordance with plan.
Conduct vector diagram analysis, wiring checks, insulation and turns ratio testing, and burden testing to diagnose issues.
Prepare and submit Field Testing Reports (FTR) with customers, and support Metering Testing and Rehabilitation Plans.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate project completions and resources for inspections in collaboration with team members.
Assist with administrative and safety tasks such as payments, POs, liquidations, and ISO IMS compliance.
