Job summary

Yamaha Motor Philippines is seeking a service operations specialist to ensure Yamaha 3S Shops follow global service standards and guidelines. The role reviews warranty claims, plans service promotions, and enhances customer experience across remote areas.

The candidate will train dealers and staff on service operations, maintain workshop visuals, manage inventory, and analyze KPIs to drive improvements. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess Automotive Servicing NCII or related certificates.
• Preferably with warranty and repair experience in the motorcycle industry.
• Willing to travel and perform fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Yamaha 3S Shops follow global service standards and guidelines in daily operations.
• Review and process warranty claims and provide updates on related concerns.
• Plan and execute service-related promotions to reach dealers and customers, including remote areas.
• Improve customer experience by helping 3S Shop staff deliver quality inspection and maintenance services.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify improvements.
• Prepare and share market insights to support product development and service enhancements.
• Train and guide Yamaha dealers and shop staff on service operations and warranty procedures.
• Maintain the service workshop's visual standards, including tools, equipment, signage, and uniforms.
• Manage and monitor shop supplies, tools, and equipment with regular inventory checks.
• Collect and analyze shop performance data (KPIs) and propose action plans.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Improve overall customer experience by helping 3S Shop staff become more professional and capable in delivering quality inspection and maintenance services.

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare and share market insights to support product development and service enhancements.

• Train and guide Yamaha dealers and shop staff on proper service operations and warranty procedures.

• Maintain the service workshop's visual standards, including tools, equipment, signage, and staff uniforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has technical knowledge in Automotive and Motorcycle technology.

• Must have technical knowledge in Automotive and Motorcycle technology.

• Must possess at least Automotive Servicing NCII, and/or any related certificates.

• Preferably with experience handling warranty and repairing in the motorcycle industry.

• Must be willing to travel and do fieldwork in different areas.
