Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist in Cavite to identify and close merchant partners for Angkas ride-hailing and Padala services, coordinate on-ground activations, and generate market intelligence to drive growth.

You will travel within Cavite, build relationships with schools, fuel stations and community hubs, and execute campaigns across Dasmarinas, Silang, and Tagaytay, while adhering to company policies and delivering targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven ability to conduct client-facing presentations and close partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Filipino and English.
• Proficient in Google Workspace for field reporting.
• Willing to travel regularly within Cavite.
• Knowledge of Cavite Province.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close 20 net new partners per month across Cavite.
• Coordinate end-to-end onground activations, logistics, and flyering campaigns.
• Conduct price scans and competitive route analysis in Cavite corridors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets set by supervisor.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Now, we're looking for a Field Marketing Specialist - Cavite. The Field Marketing Specialist, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from identifying and closing merchant and institutional partners for Angkas ride-hailing and Padala services, coordinating on ground marketing activations, and generating market intelligence to drive Unique Booker acquisition across Cavite.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify, pitch, and close 20 net new partners per month across schools, commercial establishments, fuel stations, and community hubs in Dasmarinas, Silang, and Tagaytay for Angkas motorcycle ride-hailing services
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of onground marketing activations, including merch and collateral logistics, booking station setup, and flyering campaigns across 6 to 10 priority locations per activation cycle
• Conduct regular price scans and competitive route analysis along key Cavite corridors and national highways, and provide onground disruption ideas and localized insights that support UB growth and GMV targets
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
• Proven ability to conduct client-facing presentations and close partnership agreements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for field reporting and coordination
• Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently in a field-based setup with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel regularly within Cavite province, particularly across Dasmarinas, Silang, and Tagaytay
• With profound knowledge on Cavite Province
