Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and promote RECOL loan products in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

You will meet sales targets, build lasting client relationships, negotiate loan terms, and ensure complete, accurate loan applications. A valid driver's license and motorcycle are required for travel and fieldwork; regular progress reports are expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients, including business owners, employed individuals, and other prospects.
• Promote RECOL products to potential clients and persuade them to avail of the loan.
• Meet sales targets and expand the loan portfolio.
• Develop and implement initiatives to reach potential clients, such as presentations, meetings, and other promotional activities.
• Showcase RECOL product features and benefits to clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients.
• Ensure that all loan applications are complete and accurate.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle for fieldwork.
• Submit regular reports and updates on activities and progress.
