Job summary

Capex Finance & Investment Corp in Lucena, Philippines is seeking a Sales & Marketing Staff to promote teacher's loan products and build relationships with schools and clients.

You will conduct field visits, assist borrowers with forms, discuss loan terms, and ensure documents are complete while maintaining a high standard of service.

Ideal candidates have sales or client-servicing experience, a valid driver's license and motorcycle, and are ready to travel for client visits.

Qualifications

• College level or Vocational graduate.
• With good experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle for field work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling documents accurately.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for client visits, school visits, and field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and marketing to promote teacher's loan.
• Conduct school visit to prospective schools and clients.
• Assist the borrowers in filling-up the forms and ensure completeness of documents/requirements.
• Discuss loan details, payment terms and interest rates to borrowers.
• Do credit investigation to ensure the accuracy of the details provided by the borrower and its paying capacity.
• Monitor payments of borrower and remind them on their monthly obligations.
