Suki Financing Corporation seeks a Field Sales Representative/Loan Officer to drive loan disbursement and client acquisition across multiple areas including Calauan Laguna, Nagcarlan Laguna, Calamba Laguna, Capas Tarlac, Castillejos Zambales, and Gerona Tarlac. This role requires field presence, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset.

Candidates should be confident, smart, and capable of building lasting client relationships while managing weekly center meetings and orientation

Responsibilities

• Motivate and form new groups (clients/members).
• Provide loans to members to help start or expand businesses.
• Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentation, and weekly center meetings.
• Implement orientation for new members.
• Maintain good relationships with clients (new and existing).
