Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking dedicated field-based sales professionals in the Philippines (Lucena/Calabarzon) to drive client acquisition, grow the loan portfolio, and actively promote RECOL products to business owners and employed individuals.

This role requires strong relationship building, effective marketing initiatives, and skilled negotiation to meet sales targets; you will also ensure complete loan applications, maintain timely progress reports, and comply with fieldwork

Qualifications

Experience in conducting marketing activities.
Experience with Real Estate Collateralized Loans.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients including business owners and employed individuals.
Promote RECOL products to potential clients and persuade them to avail of the loan.
Meet sales targets and expand the loan portfolio.
Develop and implement initiatives to reach potential clients through presentations, meetings and other promotional activities.
Showcase RECOL product features and benefits to clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients.
Ensure that all loan applications are complete and accurate.
Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle for fieldwork.
Submit regular reports and updates on activities and progress.
