Odyssey World Philippines, Inc. is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Marketing Team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on client follow-ups, preparing proposals and documents, and coordinating with malls and establishments nationwide.

You will monitor applications and projects, speed up approvals, and serve as a link between the Marketing Team and Operations, Projects, Admin, Accounting, and external partners. Office-based with some field visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales coordination, or client handling is a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if willing to learn and grow.
• Background in malls, retail, leasing, or coordination work is an advantage.
• Must be confident in speaking with clients and establishments.

Responsabilités

• Call or message malls, establishments, and clients for follow-ups.
• Help follow up pending proposals and applications.
• Maintain good communication with landlords and business partners.
• Assist the Marketing Team in closing and processing deals.
