The role involves frequent travel, field visits to project sites, and driving with a valid license. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Liaison Officer.
• Strong knowledge of government processes and permits.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and secure permits, licenses, and clearances from government agencies.
• Liaise with utility companies and service providers for applications and connections.
• Coordinate with project teams to complete regulatory requirements on schedule.
• Monitor permit application status and report updates to management.
• Prepare and maintain records of permits, contracts, and government correspondence.
• Represent the company in meetings with government agencies, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Assist with property-related documentation, land titles, and tax declarations when needed.
• Perform field visits to project sites and government offices.
• Handle other administrative and liaison duties assigned by management.
