Job summary

SYMPHONY is seeking a reliable Liaison Officer to facilitate permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for construction projects. The role involves coordinating with government agencies, utility providers, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and support smooth project execution.

Applicants should be willing to travel frequently and preferably know how to drive with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/public administration/legal management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Liaison Officer in construction, real estate, engineering, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of government processes, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently and drive with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Process and secure permits, licenses, and clearances from government agencies.
• Liaise with utility companies and service providers for applications and connections.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure regulatory requirements are completed on schedule.
• Monitor the status of permit applications and provide updates to management.
• Prepare and maintain records of permits, contracts, legal documents, and government correspondence.
• Represent the company during meetings with government agencies, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and company policies.
• Assist with property-related documentation, land titles, tax declarations, and other legal documents when necessary.
• Perform field visits to project sites and government offices as required.
• Handle other administrative and liaison-related duties assigned by management.
