Job summary

BSPT CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Site Deployment Lead to plan and execute telecommunications site deployments in the Philippines. You will oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to specifications, quality, and safety standards.

The role emphasizes delivering projects on time, maintaining documentation, and conducting regular EHS inspections, with hands-on involvement in testing and commissioning of microwave and wireless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
• Candidates with a relevant college diploma may also be considered.
• 2 years of experience in telecommunications for Bachelor's holders.
• 3 years of experience in telecommunications for College Diploma holders.
• Delivery of at least two telecommunications or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in Microwave and Wireless technologies, including site implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site deployment plans to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site implementation progress, identify issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, contractors, and cross-functional teams involved in site activities.
• Ensure all site implementation activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage site completion, testing, documentation, and customer acceptance processes.
• Conduct regular quality and EHS inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and implementation documentation.
• Perform quality and EHS inspections based on approved standards and checklists.
• Conduct inspections for hidden works and high-risk activities, ensuring proper monitoring, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.

• Candidates with a relevant college diploma may also be considered.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree holders: 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).

• College Diploma holders: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Successful delivery of at least two (2) telecommunications or related infrastructure projects (Preferred).

• Proven experience in MICROWAVE and WIRELESS technologies, including site implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
