Job summary

You will coordinate field logistics, support installations, and help scale activities with local partners. The role requires hands‑on experience in remote or field environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to remote areas as needed.

Qualifications

• 4.5+ years in community development, organizing or stakeholder management.
• Degree in community development, engineering, project management or related field.
• Strong project implementation, monitoring and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community engagement activities (consultations, meetings, trainings, workshops).
• Support logistics for equipment receipt, inventory, and field storage facilities.
• Coordinate transport and installation of Solar Home Systems in communities.
• Assist in design and procurement of installation infrastructure and requirements.
• Support onboarding of local entrepreneur for the Users Assistance Center and provide ongoing support.
