Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Community Development Specialist to support engagement with barangay, municipal and local stakeholders across projects in the Philippines. You will assist in organizing meetings, surveys, and field data collection for socioeconomic assessments and census lists.

The role requires strong administrative skills, English/Tagalog/Bisaya proficiency, and willingness to travel to remote field sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Experience in community development or stakeholder engagement preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with barangay, municipal and other local stakeholders.
Prepare administrative and logistical requirements for meetings, workshops, and activities.
Follow up on submission, processing, and signing of resolutions and permits.
Conduct socioeconomic surveys, community mapping and field data collection.
Support identification of local entrepreneurs for UAC.
Provide logistical and administrative support for project implementation.
Maintain project databases and filing systems.
Safeguard project funds, equipment, and assets.
Travel frequently for field assignments.
