Job summary

Arcadia Barcade in Pasay is hiring for an On-site Field Engagement & Marketing role. You will drive in-person client outreach, generate leads, promote campaigns, and manage events from planning to on-site execution.

The role covers marketing, communications, and proactive sales with a focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering measurable bookings for our event platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree appropriate to marketing, communications or business.
• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or proactive sales/field marketing.

Responsibilities

• On-the-Ground Outreach: actively visit potential clients, venues, businesses, and community hubs to pitch our event platform and promotions.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: build a pipeline of prospects and convert introductions into bookings.
• Promo Promotion: act as brand ambassador to communicate discounts and campaigns for immediate interest.
• Relationship Management: build lasting relationships with clients, planners, and partners to secure repeat business.
• Campaign Execution: assist in developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Collateral Creation: create or coordinate marketing materials for field engagements.
• Social Media & Content: help manage social channels to showcase events and promotions.
• End-to-End Planning: coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, and admin tasks for events.
• On-Site Management: oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Feedback & Reporting: gather post-event feedback and track bookings and campaigns.
