Job summary

Asti Business Services Inc. seeks a capable Project Supervisor to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring overall success and timely updates to leadership.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external clients, drive field activities, develop SOPs, and mentor staff while remaining ready to be deployed anywhere in the Philippines.

This role requires a college graduate with 5+ years supervisory experience and knowledge of O&M, construction practices, and telecommunications.

Qualifications

• College graduate or experienced in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge in O&M, Construction Practices and Standards.
• Familiarity with Telecommunications, Construction and Project Management.
• Willing to be deployed or relocated anywhere in the Philippines.
• W/ drivers license for 4 wheel vehicles (Manual).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure overall success.
• Provide project updates daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Handle internal and external client concerns and expectations.
• Engage with public and private offices regarding permits, policies and procedures.
• Train, coach and oversee multiple teams during activities.
• Supervise field teams and address issues during field work.
• Motivate staff to maintain quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Document materials used and update the project tracker.
• Provide progress reports to NBO Managers and Head during WOR/MOR.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to develop career programs.
• Coordinate with departments to improve project progress efficiency.
• Develop end-to-end SOPs for key tasks and activities.
• May be required to go on field.
• Maintain compliance with Code of Conduct and Policy.

• Will manage multiple concurrent projects
• Responsible for overall success of projects being handled
• Provide project updates, daily, weekly and monthly
• Manage internal and external client concerns and expectations
• Engagement with public and private offices in relation to permits, policies and procedures as required in the project handled
• Able to handle, train, coach multiple teams handled
• Oversee and Supervise field teams during activities.
• Resolves/escalates problems that might arise during field activities.
• Motivate team members, ensure quality of work, productivity and efficiency.
• Properly document and liquidate materials used daily and update project tracker.
• Provide project progress report to NBO Managers and NBO Head during WOR and MOR.
• Collaborate with fellow Supervisor and NBO Managers to develop programs that will help the career progress of each subordinate.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficiency of Project Progress.
• Develop end to end Process Manual for all key tasks and activities (SOP)
• May be required to go on field.
• Capable in addressing related project and team concern
• Compliance with Company Code of Conduct and Policy
