Job summary

One Point Contact Inc. in the Philippines seeks a field technician to perform hardware repairs, installations, software upgrades, and preventive maintenance on customer sites.

You will conduct on-site troubleshooting, provide root cause analysis, and communicate effectively with clients. A BS/ECE/EE/IT-related degree is preferred, and you must be willing to train in Pasig City and travel for field work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or any related course
• Basic knowledge of hardware repair and installation, and software upgrades
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented
• Willing to do field work and on-site troubleshooting
• Willing to train in Pasig City
