Home Credit Philippines is seeking a motivated field-sales associate to promote HC Credit Card and other key products at partner store locations. You will engage shoppers, explain card benefits, and guide customers through the application process with a professional presence at HC kiosks.

This role requires on-site work at various stores, with no mandatory prior experience, but a background in retail or field sales is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least High School Graduate.
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS.

Aufgaben

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS.
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store.
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards clearly to clients.
• Assist customers to complete applications for consumer finance products following internal policies.
