Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist III - SVS - CTRL to oversee field-site installations and maintenance, coordinating with the customer and site team. The role requires expertise in Instrumentation and Control Panels and travel readiness for local and international assignments.

Demonstrated experience with IET product lines, strong communication, and safety-focused execution are essential. Offshore work, English proficiency, and relevant certifications are valued assets for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred. Industry experience and IET product line training required.
• Have 5-6 years of industry experience and IET product line training required.
• Demonstrate Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills.
• Be mainly specialized in Instrumentation and Control Panels.
• Have knowledge in any of control systems such as: MarkVIe, Woodward/Micronet, Opticom
• Have knowledge in any of products such as Aero LM2500 and LM6000 and Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors
• Knowledge in mapping DLE / tunning DLN for Turbine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field-site installation and maintenance activities.
• Provide quality service and coordinate with Customer Representative and Site Team.
• Train operators and evaluate crew performance.
• Ensure safety and follow IET Service processes and procedures.
• Maintain complete records of activities and equipment prep.
