Qualifications

• Candidate must be graduate of any 4year-course in Business and Finance or at least college level.
• Minimum of 3 years in Collection and Credit, and 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be willing to do field work.
• Must have a Non-Professional Driver's License and Motorcycle Unit.
• Amenable to report in San Fernando City, La Union Branch.
• Preferably residing in La Union.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute the collections strategies in the branch / satellite handled.
• Enforce the company’s credit policy and ensure collections targets are met or exceeded.
• Implement Policies, System and Procedures in the Branch relative to the collection of receivables.
• Collect branch’s accounts receivables and/or other debts owed to Sumisho through effective accounts management.
• Supervise, train, coach and develop a team of Collectors in the assigned branch to ensure KPIs and monthly collections targets are met or exceeded.
